SX1-2023C-US 6Ghz Stratum X1 Subscriber Unit

The Proxim Stratum X1 SX1-2023C-US is a high-performance 6 GHz outdoor wireless CPE designed for point-to-multipoint subscriber connections and other high-capacity wireless networking applications. Featuring 2×2 MIMO, throughput up to 500 Mbps, and an integrated 16 dBi dual-polarized directional antenna, the Stratum X1 provides a compact and cost-effective solution for extending broadband connectivity over the 6 GHz spectrum.

Operating across 5.925–7.125 GHz, the SX1-2023C-US supports 20, 40, and 80 MHz channel widths with modulation up to 1024-QAM. Proxim's WORP® wireless protocol is optimized for outdoor broadband networks, providing efficient bandwidth allocation and reliable connectivity for WISP, industrial, municipal, transportation, utility, campus, and enterprise wireless deployments.

Integrated and External Antenna Flexibility

The SX1-2023C-US incorporates a 16 dBi dual-polarized panel antenna with an approximately 36° beamwidth, providing a wider coverage pattern than narrow-beam point-to-point radios and making it well suited for subscriber installations where precise antenna alignment may be difficult.

The radio also includes two RP-SMA connectors for external antennas. Antenna selection is software-controlled, allowing installers to choose between the integrated antenna and an external antenna without changing radio hardware.

The Proxim SX1-2023C-US provides a flexible and economical way to connect subscriber locations to a Proxim Stratum 6 GHz point-to-multipoint network. Its integrated wide-beam antenna simplifies deployment and alignment, while external antenna support allows the same radio to accommodate longer-distance or specialized installations when additional antenna gain or a different radiation pattern is required.
