Linq V2 4x4 6Ghz 90° Sector Antenna

Manufacturer: LinQ Antenna Technology (Canada)

The LinQ Antenna Technology LPA5168HVS is a high-performance 4×4 MIMO wideband sector antenna designed for wireless networks operating across the 5.15–6.875 GHz frequency range. Featuring four RF ports, dual horizontal and vertical polarization, approximately 18 dBi gain, and a controlled 60° sector pattern, the LPA5168HVS is well suited for high-capacity Wi-Fi, fixed wireless, and point-to-multipoint infrastructure.

Part of LinQ's compact V2 sector antenna family, the LPA5168HVS is designed specifically for Wi-Fi 7 and next-generation 6 GHz wireless networks. Its wide operating bandwidth allows a single antenna to support conventional 5 GHz infrastructure as well as newer 6 GHz radio platforms, simplifying antenna selection and providing additional flexibility as networks migrate into new spectrum.

4×4 MIMO for High-Capacity Wireless Networks
With four independent RF ports and dual horizontal and vertical polarization, the LPA5168HVS supports 4×4 MIMO radio platforms. This allows compatible radios to take advantage of multiple spatial streams for increased capacity, improved spectral efficiency, and better overall network performance.

The antenna provides approximately 18 dBi gain across most of its operating range, making it suitable for longer-distance sector coverage while maintaining a relatively compact enclosure.

Controlled 60° Sector Coverage
The LPA5168HVS provides an approximately 60° horizontal beamwidth at -3 dB through most of its operating range and approximately 90° at -6 dB. Its narrow 8° vertical beamwidth concentrates RF energy toward the intended service area while reducing unnecessary radiation above and below the sector.

Strong interference-rejection characteristics include a typical front-to-back ratio greater than 35 dB, approximately 30 dB cross-polarization discrimination, and typical port isolation greater than 40 dB. These characteristics make the antenna particularly useful in dense multi-sector sites where frequency reuse and interference control are important.

Wideband 5 GHz and 6 GHz Coverage
Continuous operation from 5.15 to 6.875 GHz allows the LPA5168HVS to support a broad range of 5 GHz and 6 GHz wireless equipment with a single antenna. This makes it an excellent option for WISPs, industrial operators, municipalities, campuses, and enterprises deploying new Wi-Fi 7 or 6 GHz infrastructure while maintaining compatibility with existing 5 GHz systems.
