Linq V2 2x2 6Ghz 90° Sector Antenna
The LinQ Antenna Technology LPA5168DPS is a compact, high-performance 2×2 MIMO sector antenna designed for broadband wireless networks operating across the 5.15–6.875 GHz frequency range. With dual horizontal and vertical polarization, 18 dBi rated gain, and a controlled sector radiation pattern, the LPA5168DPS provides a versatile antenna platform for high-capacity fixed wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Designed as part of LinQ's second-generation V2 sector antenna family, the LPA5168DPS is approximately half the size of LinQ's previous-generation sector design while maintaining high gain and wide frequency coverage. Its broadband design allows a single antenna to support conventional 5 GHz networks as well as much of the newer 6 GHz spectrum, making it well suited for Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7, fixed wireless access, WISP, industrial, municipal, and enterprise wireless deployments.
The LPA5168DPS provides an approximately 60° horizontal -3 dB beamwidth and 90° -6 dB beamwidth, creating a practical coverage area for sectorized point-to-multipoint networks. Its narrow 8.5° vertical beamwidth concentrates RF energy toward the intended coverage area, increasing link performance while reducing unnecessary radiation above and below the sector.
High front-to-back rejection and strong cross-polarization discrimination further help reduce interference between adjacent sectors and improve frequency reuse in multi-sector deployments.
Wideband 5 GHz and 6 GHz Operation
With continuous coverage from 5.15 to 6.875 GHz, the LPA5168DPS allows network operators to deploy a common antenna across a broad range of wireless equipment and frequencies. This wideband capability makes it particularly attractive for networks transitioning from established 5 GHz platforms to newer 6 GHz radios without requiring separate antenna infrastructure.
